Once again, outstanding service, this time for a battery problem...and no charge! Yes, the battery was still under warranty. But the labor component was not insignificant...thank you Jim. And to correct my last review (which should have been a 5 star rating): I clicked on the 5 stars (as the instruction says), which turned my review into a "0 star" review instead of 5 stars. Oops! Didn't make that mistake today. Thank you all.
