I have been going to Jim's for six years, ever since I moved to this neighborhood. They have always given great service and advice. Never any monkey business. Always on time and on budget.Recently, when I was in the hospital, the battery died in our one car. My partner was already over extended and we were both really stressed out. How to deal with this on top of everything else was not clear.She called Jim's and they got it towed in, fixed and returned in one day. The special treatment we received during a really hard circumstance meant a lot. These folks are terrific.I do not get why there are ugly reviews posted here. My suspicion is that someone is taking cheap shots for some reason. Jim's doesn't need to lure people from other businesses. And I can't imagine how they would mistreat anyone, especially anolder person.Give these folks a try if you are looking for someone to take care of your car from the time you get it to the time you sell it. You will find them reliable and very competent.Having a mechanic that I trust is a big relief in this world. Oh, and the jokes really do make it even better.

The problem they are working on now is a unique situation on a older car, and they have been working very hard to complete this repair and upgrade.

I think the staff were very professional, and they communicated very well what they found and what steps were needed for the repair. I would say that I had a really great experience.

It's wonderful to have a auto repair company that you can trust! Service is friendly, very accommodating, and our cars are always done on time.

I was very pleased with the quality of work, the attitude of the people working at the shop, and the price they gave me.

I like them. I can call them in the morning, and they'll tell me to take it that very day, and they'll have it ready that very day. They are really friendly there. They already know me by name. For me, they are in a convenient location.

As usual great service and good advice on the 2002 Prius. Looking forward to the transaxle oil change and working on the alignment soon.

Overall they were just very helpful. I couldn't afford the repairs that I needed, so I couldn't get my car fixed. I'm confident that If I had the money, it would have been a good repair. There was one associate, his name was Mike, and he was helpful in trying to help me find another vehicle - a used vehicle. He told me where to look for another vehicle that would cost about as much as the repair. Overall, I was really happy, and if I need something else, I'm more than likely to go there first.
